HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?
All clothing is made to order in Los Angeles using 1 of 2 digital printing techniques; Direct to Garment (DTG) or Dye-Sublimation.
The majority of our shirts are printed using DTG printing. DTG printing is a process where designs are printed directly onto the surface of 100% cotton garments. We use top of the line Kornit printers, with their patterned fixation and ink printing process. This process creates a bond that's 100x stronger than silk screening and a photo realistic image quality; allowing you to wash and dry limitless times without compromising the integrity of the image.
Are all-over printed apparel is made using a process called Sublimation; where ink is transferred onto cut polyester fabrics. We are a cut an sew operation, so we never use prefabricated garments for sublimation. We always print cut pieces then sew them up; that way you get full coverage, and complete design customization with no white creases.
All images on the site are "mock-ups" of the designs and not actual printed shirts. Colors and size may vary from the image on the site. DTG shirt mocks are referenced as Large shirts; images are the same size across all garment sizes, so images may appear smaller on larger sizes and visa versa.
We specify which technique is used in our product descriptions.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SHIRTS?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT & SHIP?
Because all of our t-shirts are custom made to order, production time, during normal ordering periods (meaning all year, except December), is about 3-4 business days + shipping. We do not stock any inventory, we print every shirt individually exactly the way you want it. We do have access to a variety of blank garments, link hoodies, and women's tees as well. If you don't see something you are looking for, feel free to ask us.
